Returns
All items in original, unworn condition may be returned within seven days of receipt for a full refund to the original payment method, store credit, or exchange. All watches must be returned with all original packaging and paperwork. Returns must be initiated within the seven day return period and shipped promptly thereafter. To do so, simply email support@vintagewatchleader.com and we will provide instructions.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item to ensure full transparency.
Please be aware that any attempt to change a strap or bracelet could result in unintentional damage to the watch case or strap that would make it ineligible for return.
Cancellations
Please note that changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Those orders that are shipped before a cancellation has been confirmed must be returned by guidelines featured above.
